The successful transactions comprise two former Wilko supermarkets, one in Shirley (Southampton) of 21,000 sq ft and the second in Bognor Regis of almost 26,000 sq ft, as well as the former Revolución de Cuba Southampton at 123-125 Above Bar Street, a unit of some 14,000 sq ft.
