TWO RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS/VALUERS
We’re looking for two new people to join our team. You’ll be RICS-qualified with Registered Valuer status and experienced in Level 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys for private client work. We’re also looking for a good track record in lender valuation work, Shared Ownership and Help to Buy schemes.
You’ll be experienced in private client valuation work, including probate, matrimonial, financial planning, private finance and have experience of development appraisal valuation and/or commercial property valuation would be welcome too.
A clean driving licence is required for these roles and both will be based in our Chandlers Ford office.

CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR

Due to our continued success we are recruiting for a Chartered building surveyor.
The role of Chartered Building surveyor consists of a variety of general building surveying tasks across a variety of non-residential and residential property including but not limited to;
Acquisition surveys
Dilapidations
Defect analysis and repairs/maintenance
Planned maintenance
Reports
Specification and project management work

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
Seniority Level – Intermediate
Employment Type – Full Time (8:30 – 5:30)
Salary – (dependent on experience and will be negotiable subject to etc.)
Software – AutoCAD LT
Education – Construction & Built Environment (Level 3) or similar type construction course/ qualification.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join our busy department with real prospects for the right person to develop and grow within our technical team. This is a technical role (not planning), our ideal candidate will have experience working within a working drawing office producing construction drawings for housing projects ideally for a housing developer client base.
