Becky has been part of the wider Charters Group family for several years and, after spending time with residential lettings, she decided to change her career path. “I decided it was time for a change and enrolled on the SAVA course. This allows you to gain a diploma in residential surveying and obtain AssocRICS status. When I approached the business about the possibility of mentoring opportunities at Trinity Rose they went one better and found a role that allowed me to start learning the ropes within surveying.
Since January this year, I have shadowed surveyors, received practical advice and have been mentored in every aspect of the role. Whilst ensuring I am progressing at work there are also regular check ins to ensure I am also on track to meet the requirements and timescales set out as part of my diploma.
Because of the variety of work that Trinity Rose undertakes, it means there is a wide range of surveyors with different areas of specialisms and someone is always willing to review a photo or answer any questions.
I am really enjoying my time at Trinity Rose, they are a fun and supportive group and I think the training provided is helping me to become a well-rounded surveyor.”
