Dispute – Defective Works

Acting as a Single Joint Expert Witness, Trinity Rose acted in a payment dispute between a customer and a contractor  over quality of workmanship in relation to external works carried out to a residential property.

Following an inspection of the works, our expert prepared a report which brought into consideration standards of workmanship and best practice, as well as regulatory requirements relevant to the works carried out.  The court was provided with a detailed and considered report which confirmed the surveyor’s expert opinion on workmanship, standards of skill and care, as well as accurate cost advice regarding recommended remedial action.
