Trinity Rose acts for a national supermarket retailer in respect of new build stores across the southern region. Acting on behalf of the Building owner, this typically includes engaging with the development team at an early stage, to identify Party Wall matters and ensure they are considered within the development programme.  We then prepare notices and liaise with Adjoining Owners and their surveyors, to deliver Party Wall Awards so that construction works can be carried out.

Typically, due to the size of this type of development we are running multiple notices / awards to several Adjoining Owners concurrently.
