RESIDENTIAL SURVEYORS/VALUERS
Due to expansion and exciting developments with a number of key clients, we are seeking to grow our team of residential surveyors into the West Sussex and Berkshire / Surrey areas. We currently have incredible opportunities for driven residential surveyors to join us in and help to build our presence in these important markets.
You’ll be RICS-qualified with Registered Valuer status and experienced in Level 1, 2 and 3 residential surveys for private client work. Living and working in these areas and with established contacts in the local residential property markets, we’re focusing on private client work but also looking for candidates with good track records in lender valuation work, Shared Ownership and Help to Buy schemes.
You’ll be experienced in private client valuation work, including probate, matrimonial, financial planning, private finance. We would also welcome experience of development appraisal valuation and/or commercial property valuation, but would also fully support those seeking to broaden their valuation skills into these areas of professional work.
A clean driving licence is required for these roles. The roles will be predominantly home based, working closely with our Chandlers Ford Head Office survey co-ordinators, and with full support from the central team and Directors.

CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR
Trinity Rose is currently recruiting due to expansion.
We are proud of our multi-disciplinary residential and commercial agency, which is now the largest private practice in the region.
Due to our continued success we are recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor.
The role of Chartered Building surveyor consists of a variety of general building surveying tasks across a variety of non-residential and residential property including but not limited to;
- Acquisition surveys
- Dilapidations
- Defect analysis and
- repairs/maintenance
- Planned maintenance
- Reports
- Specification and project management work
