"I'd recommend a Trinity Rose building survey to anyone buying a property”

Trinity Rose was recommended to me when I needed an urgent building survey for a listed cottage I was buying. The team was really helpful and responded quickly – the survey was carried out and the report back within a few days. It was really thorough and I was able to budget for the works needed without any surprises after completion. I’d recommend a Trinity Rose building survey to anyone buying a property – it’s worth it for peace of mind.

“Great service from both Emma and Mike”

“Emma sorted out all the practicalities of arranging our survey and was polite and friendly throughout. After the survey appointment Mike rang and gave a really helpful overview of the key issues that he then included in his written report. All completed in a timely fashion with the most comprehensive report I have had on any house I have bought!”.

"I would definitely use Trinity Rose again and would highly recommend them"

Very professional, always kept well informed. We had tight timescales, Richard expedited our survey and report, as well as giving us an initial overview. We had a full structural survey done as we hope to stay in the property for a long time. Not only did this address immediate needs but the information about the structure/build will be invaluable for future renovations/maintenance. Thanks to Richard and Mark’s report, we really are not going in with our eyes shut. I would definitely use Trinity Rose again and would highly recommend them.
