Trinity Rose Chartered Surveyors, the Chandlers Ford-based multidisciplinary property practice, has embarked on a substantial recruitment drive as the demand for its specialist property services continues to thrive.
As the general property market remains buoyant despite the restrictions and uncertainty imposed by the coronavirus pandemic and the government’s determination to support development in the construction sector, Trinity Rose Chartered Surveyors are experiencing an overwhelming demand for its expertise.
The organisation, which is part of the Charters Group, has also undergone a subtle restructure, bringing its Commercial division more closely into the fold and opening up a vast resource that property developers, owners, landlords and tenants are keen to utilise as Richard Kirby, Managing Director, reveals.
‘Thanks to our increasing in-house Commercial operations, we’re currently recruiting more property specialists to support our residential, valuation and architecture teams,’ Richard explains. ‘Our property management, survey and registered provider specialists are also particularly in demand at present. This is largely thanks to a flourishing development sector that depends on the support of expert property consultants who have an appreciation of construction, legal and compliance issues and can help them achieve the highly quality build and best financial return on investment.’
