Postmark Place is owned by Eastleigh Borough Council and will form part of an ongoing plan to promote economic regeneration within the town centre. The redevelopment will include the provision of commercial space on the ground floor of both buildings, including the frontage onto the High Street that was once occupied by the Post Office.
