The former Buriton Sawmill site is located on the South Downs Way, half a mile south of the village of Buriton and within the South Downs National Park. The A3 dual carriageway can be accessed (both north and south) 1.4 miles to the north east, which joins the A27/M27 10 miles to the south and the M25 approximately 36 miles to the north. Please note that the site is accessed from the north via Kiln Lane (underneath a railway bridge with a max height of 12’3”) or from the south via New Barn Lane, on a narrow country lane, from the direction of Chalton.
