MEASURED SURVEyS

A measured survey is a comprehensive, accurate representation of a building, which will include all the structural and architectural elements of it, including meticulously measured floor plans, elevations and cross sections. Since a measured survey is so critical to the scaled drawings and, ultimately, the successful construction or redevelopment of a property, it’s important to appoint an expert measured building survey specialist to carry out the work.

Trinity Rose Chartered Surveyors follows RICS guidance and benchmarked standards to carry out measured surveys for other architects, homeowners, interior designs and statutory service providers.

If you need a measured survey for a property, our team of expert RICS surveyors would be delighted to conduct it for you.

Measured building surveys by RICS-accredited surveyors

A measured survey is essentially a comprehensive survey of a building resulting in detailed drawings that will capture site data such as the floor plans, roof plan, internal and external elevations, building cross sections. We can also include other information from fixtures and fittings to a topographic survey to give a fuller survey report. Reports are provided in 2D AutoCAD as standard with other formats available on request.

Trinity Rose Chartered Surveyors is frequently commissioned to carry out measured building surveys for verification and record purposes by other architects, building owners, builders, interior design consultants and services providers, such as fibre networking companies.

Measured surveys are based on meticulous site practices and we conduct them using state-of-the-art measuring technologies and devices to capture results to the desired accuracy tolerances and scale.

If you need a measured survey for a building project, please contact us and our expert surveyors will talk you through the process.
